Please click above for important dates to help you plan your school year at John Bapst. Remember, when you use Bangor International Airport, the school will provide free transportation to and from the airport — we just need advance notice of the airline and flight times. John Bapst does not provide transportation to or from the Portland and Boston airports. Concord Trailways Bus is a convenient way to get from those cities to Bangor if you can coordinate your flight with the bus schedule.
At John Bapst, the dorms stay open during all school vacations except during the December holiday break (in other words, during the traditional Christmas holiday time). Students may stay on campus during Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break.
For seniors and their parents, graduation is a 3-day event at John Bapst, beginning on Friday, May 31, 2018, with Baccalaureate and Class Night beginning at 6 p.m. and ending with the all-important Commencement ceremony on Sunday, June 2, 2018 at 3 p.m.
For students in grades 9, 10, and 11, the last day of final exams is after graduation on Friday, June 7.
For 2018-2019, we are happy to share with you some basic dates to help you plan travel.
