On Thursday, April 17th, John Bapst SEAC (Student Environmental Action Committee) traveled to the Augusta State House for the 2025 Youth Day of Action. This event consisted of around 100 other young leaders around the state gathering to share their visions for our climate future. This day included a rally featuring powerful speeches, poetry, and original music. After the rally, SEACers entered the State House as the Senate and House of Representatives were concluding their sessions, and they had the opportunity to talk to many senators and representatives. A special thank you to Mrs. Babcock and Mr. Boyes for being wonderful chaperones and sharing their knowledge!
