Good Morning,
It is an exciting weekend in Athletics at John Bapst!
Today we will compete in events in Swim and Dive, Indoor Track, Cheer, Girls’ Basketball, and Hockey, and Alpine Ski.
All of these events are in venues with different protocols for spectators.
Both PVC Girls’ Swim and Dive (9 a.m.) and EMITL/PVC Indoor track (2 p.m.) are at the University of Maine, in the Field House. Spectators are allowed and must be masked at all times. Spectators should have already made arrangements to obtain a paper voucher to attend. In addition, each spectator should be prepared to show either proof of vaccination or record of a negatvie COVID test to gain entry at the facility. (Swim and Dive Streaming: https://youtu.be/

Girls’ Basketball is playing at Bucksport High School today 2 p.m.). Limited visiting spectators are allowed. Each athlete is allowed to have four spectators attend. We have communicated with each athlete and those folks should sign in at the gym upon arrival and then purchase a ticket for admission. We have been issued a limited number of spots for non-family spectators. Anyone interested in gaining entrance to the game, that is not with a competing athlete, should email Coach O directly to reserve their spot. These slots are available on a first come, first serve basis. PLEASE make sure to email Coach O before you drive to Bucksport to confirm your spot! Thank you. (Streaming: bhsathletics.mylivegame.com)
