The John Bapst Winter Carnival Dance Free Dress Drive is happening now!
A note from Student Senate President Ella Brochu:
The John Bapst Winter Carnival is nearly here, with the winter dance less than a week away on January 26th!
Not sure what to wear to the dance?
Check out our FIRST Free Dress Drive, happening ALL THIS WEEK in the auditorium, beginning Monday morning, Jan 22. This event relies on the honor system. If you would like a free dress, please take only one home. Anyone who wants a dress is welcome to take one.
More information:
Please wash your dresses before donating them.
Use the first-floor restrooms as try-on stations; one dress at a time please.
Look at dresses before/after school or during lunch. If you’re going to leave a study hall, please talk to your teacher first.
If you have not had a chance to drop off a dress yet, don’t fret; donations will still be collected throughout the week.
Your dress donations make this event possible, so convince all your friends to donate a dress they don’t wear!
A dress collection box is located near the stage.
We plan on doing this again before future dances, so any leftover dresses will be stored for the next drive.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you and best always,
Ella Brochu
