The Project Graduation “Butler for a Day” fundraiser netted $400 for Project Graduation. Approximately 20 male seniors were Butlers for a Day, with each senior agreed to carry the winners backpack to and from classes all day and provide a unique special gift, which included things such as breakfasts and or special coffees from various restaurants in town. There were various lunch treats – even deep fried double stuffed Oreos and chocolate covered strawberries.
Some winners were serenaded or had special poems written for them and one lucky winner had a piano piece written and played for them at lunch.
Other special prizes were car wash and wax, a massage and a ski lesson.
Special thanks should be given to all the young men that volunteered to be Butlers for a Day.
The ladies of the senior class will hold a Project Graduation fundraiser some time in February.
