For all of those people and more, Greg Panora’s workshop for you!
All interested John Bapst community members are invited to Greg Panora’s workshop in the John Bapst gym at 100 Broadway. The workshop will accommodate 50 participants and spots are filling up fast! Please continue to RSVP in case we need to plan for more attendees. There is no cost for the event.
Attendees are encouraged, but not required to wear workout gear and sneakers. It would also be beneficial to bring note-taking supplies as Greg will share a ton of valuable information.
This workshop is recommended for all student-athletes looking to learn more about weight training, but also the non-athletes looking to try something new. It is also open to faculty, staff, and coaches.  Ultimately, it is an opportunity for all community members interested in the positive and healthy outcomes stemming from the ability to really buy into positive commitment and improvement!
We strongly urge you to join us and be inspired in so many ways!
