UPDATE: We learned that once upon a time, the room was occupied by Senora Hudson, whose students undertook this project. She can’t recall exacty who they were however, so we’d still appreciate any leads!
When Mr. Packard moved into his new room, like everyone, he started working on making the space into one which would work for his teaching.
As he moved a bulletin board which had been in place for as many years as he’d been at John Bapst, he discovered….paper? And….paint?
Exactly what was beneath the board?

It turned out to be a beautifully painted Aztec calendar, but it’s unfinished. We don’t know who drew and painted this beautiful thing (and if anyone has an answer, please let us know!) It isn’t finished, and Mr. Packard would like to have a volunteer painter research what’s missing and fill in the blanks and sketch lines with detail and paint.
So stop into Mr. Packard’s room to see our own archeological find!
