From the Directors

Welcome to John Bapst’s international program! Serving your needs as an international student are two experienced professionals, Director of International Recruitment and Programs, Ms. Yue Louisa Deng, and Director of Residential Life, Mr. Jordan Reeves. Our goal is to provide great care for students whose homes are far away.

John Bapst is an academically oriented school, and teachers will keep you busy as you prepare for a top college or university. At the same time, sports, music, arts, theater, clubs, community service, and an ever-growing menu of weekend activities give students a chance to learn what life in an American school is all about.

John Bapst international students have the option of living in one of our residence halls on campus or as part of an American family as a home stay student.  Our houseparents live in the residence halls, providing adult support and attention to every boarding student. Houseparents are also advisors and participate in various fun activities with their students, meeting with them weekly, following up with their academic performance, and helping with personal growth.
