State Football Champs!

Congratulations!  The John Bapst Football team, led by Coach Dan O'Connell have won the State Class C Football Championship.  Representing Eastern Maine, the Crusaders beat the Winthrop High School Ramblers by a score of 21-14.

Attention John Bapst Alumni

On Saturday, November 22nd around noon, John Bapst alumni will gather informally at  Margarita's, 11 Brown Street, Portland.  (Near the Civic Center)  Please join other Bapst alumni, family members and friends prior to heading to Fitzpatrick Stadium on Park Avenue for the State Class C Championship Football Game.  Questions?  Call 207-947-0313.

Congratulations to the John Bapst Football Team!

Congratulations to the John Bapst Football team for winning the Class C Eastern Maine Championship. 

Come support the team on Saturday, November 22nd when they play Winthrop for the Class C State Championship.  The game will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Fitzpatrick Stadium in Portland.

Band students and cheerleaders need to be at Bapst at 8 a.m. on Saturday. 

The fan bus will be leaving at 11 a.m. and it will return at approximately 8 p.m.  The cost is $5 per person.  Tickets to the game are $4 for students and $7 for adults.  Bus tickets and admission tickets may be purchased in the Academic Office at John Bapst.  The office is open from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Financial Aid Overview - December 2, 2008

The John Bapst Guidance Office will host a financial aid overview for parents of juniors and seniors from 6-8 p.m. in the Auditorium on Tuesday, December 2, 2008.  Emily Brasslett, Assistant Director of Financial Aid at the University of Maine, will present an overview of the financial aid application process for both public and private colleges, and answer questions.  She will explain the major forms (the FAFSA and the Profile) and offer information regarding scholarship and grant opportunities.
