Mrs. Wood teaches mathematics. She received her teacher certification from the University of Maine and has taught at John Bapst for eleven years. Mrs. Wood is the Dean of Student, responsible for all disciplinary issues. She graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree and served overseas for eight years as a Signal Corps officer in the U.S. Army. Mrs. Wood is also the faculty advisor for the Swimming and Diving Team.
