Governance at John Bapst Memorial High School is clearly defined by the school's by-laws, which serve as a foundation for our work. We define governance as a series of processes that allow for participation by many different constituencies, led by our Board of Trustees. The Board is focused on our mission, which is evident through the use of our mission statement and the maintenance of our governing structure. The Board focuses on the overall big picture, while our Head of School, faculty, and staff are responsible for the day-to-day activities.
